Living with ADHD can feel like your attention is constantly being pulled in a dozen different directions. You may struggle to stay present, manage emotions, quiet your mind, or slow down long enough to feel grounded.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Coming Home with ADHD (coming in January of 2027)

An eight-week online mindfulness course for adults with ADHD

Rather than asking you to become someone different, this course invites you to reconnect with the person you already are, with greater awareness, self-compassion, and acceptance.

Together, we'll explore simple, practical mindfulness practices adapted to the unique strengths and challenges of ADHD. You'll learn skills to help you:

  • Improve attention and focus
  • Reduce stress and emotional overwhelm
  • Develop greater self-compassion
  • Lessen the shame and self-criticism that so often accompany ADHD
  • Work with distractibility instead of fighting against it
  • Feel more grounded and present in everyday life

This course is based on mindfulness practices studied in research and adapted to be ADHD-friendly. Sessions include guided practices, discussion, education about how ADHD affects the brain, and practical strategies you can begin using immediately. No previous meditation experience is necessary, and perfection is definitely not required.

If you've ever felt like you're constantly trying to catch up, fix yourself, or force your brain to work differently, this course offers another path.
