Home Has Been Within You All Along

Mindfulness designed for the way the ADHD mind actually works.

Our Story

Where Coming Home Began

Coming Home grew out of more than twenty-five years of clinical work with children, teens, adults, and families.

Over the years, Dr. Anderson noticed how often the same question showed up underneath very different struggles, including ADHD, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and self-doubt:

"What's wrong with me?"

What they needed was not another system for becoming more organized, productive, disciplined, or "better." They needed a way to understand themselves.

Coming Home grew from that work. It is an invitation to stop spending so much energy trying to become someone else and to begin understanding, caring for, and finding your way back to the person you already are.

Our Purpose

What We Believe

At Coming Home, we believe no one is broken. Our mission is to help people return to themselves through evidence-based mindfulness practices taught with warmth, compassion, and hope.

Compassion First

We meet you exactly where you are. No judgment, no pressure — just practical support grounded in warmth and understanding.

Evidence-Based Practices

Every practice is rooted in research on mindfulness, ADHD, and self-compassion — adapted to work with the way your mind actually functions.

Community & Connection

You are not alone. Our courses bring together people who truly get it, creating space for shared experience and mutual encouragement.

Real, Lasting Change

We focus on sustainable habits and genuine insight — not quick fixes. Small, consistent practices add up to meaningful shifts over time.
