A few minutes can offer a place to begin. When your mind is busy, your body is tired, or life feels hard, it can help to have a little guidance.

A Few Minutes to Settle offers short guided practices for noticing your breath and body, making room for thoughts and emotions, treating yourself with kindness, and finding comfort in everyday life.

Through relatable stories and practices of approximately five, ten, and fifteen minutes, psychologist Cindy Nichols Anderson invites you to explore what meets your needs today. Read at your own pace or listen to the companion audio recordings.
