Referring Providers
We welcome referrals from physicians, therapists, other psychologists, teachers, and psychiatrists. Our team is committed to providing thorough, timely evaluations and clear communication throughout the process.
How Referrals Work
We do not require an official referral. The potential client may call to make an appointment for themselves or for a child in their care. If a client is eighteen or older, they will need to call to schedule and cannot have another person call for them.

Have the Patient Contact Us
They can contact us by phone or email. We will gather basic patient information and schedule an intake.

Patient Intake
The patient completes our new client request form and provides insurance information prior to their first appointment.

Assessment & Treatment
Our clinicians conduct a thorough evaluation or begin treatment, tailored to the patient's needs and your referral question.

Report & Follow-Up
With patient consent, we provide a detailed report and are available to discuss findings and recommendations with you directly.
